What it costs

Nothing in Singapore. Delivery is free on every order to a Singapore address — there is no minimum spend and no shipping line added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Shipping to Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan

One flat rate per case, sent by tracked courier and charged at checkout:

Malaysia: S$55
Hong Kong: S$100
Japan: S$200

Choose your country with the links under the Buy button on the case's page. Checkout then takes an address in that country only. Any import duty or tax due in your country is paid by you when the case arrives; it is not part of the price or the shipping charge.

Returns follow the same 7-day rule and come back to our Ubi address. Each return is handled case by case, so email hello@voxjourney.com first.

We do not deliver to other countries yet. If you are elsewhere and want to be told if that changes, email hello@voxjourney.com.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You get the tracking details by email as soon as your bag is dispatched — you do not need to ask for them.

When it ships

Bags are dispatched from Singapore, and delivery anywhere in Singapore takes 1–3 business days from your order. If the timing matters for a specific trip, email us before you order and we will tell you exactly where things stand.

Courier times to Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan vary, so we do not publish one. If you need the case by a certain date, email us before you order.
